How to Submit:

All submissions must be written by persons currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university.

Please email your submission to:

Please attach your paper, make the subject of your email “Submission-[last name]” and include your full name in the body of the email.

Formatting Guidelines:

Please include the following information in the body of your email:

  1. Name

  2. Major/Minor

  3. Email and Phone number

  4. Anticipated Date of Graduation and University

  5. Approximate date of Completion of the Paper

  6. Course Name and Number (if this paper was written for a course)

  7. Professor Name (if applicable)

  8. Brief, 1-2 Sentence Summary of Your Paper

Please ensure your submission meets the following formatting criteria:

  1. Between 15 and 30 pages, excluding references

  2. Word Document or PDF

  3. 12-point Times New Roman font

  4. One Inch Margins

  5. Left Justify

  6. Chicago Style Citations are preferred but not required. We will convert all citations to Chicago style during the editing process.
